Kanban Game :Limited WIP Society

Last week attended the recent meet up session organised by  LimitedWIP society. It was  a wonderful learning  experience trying out the Kanban V3 board game.
Learning through the game,  reinforced the great words from Confucius ,' I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand'.
No better way to learn than learning by doing.
Key things I learned were - managing the WIP limits in different stages of SDLC , resource leveling,understanding the business realities when developing software. Principles of Kanban go hand in hand with Agile implementations.
For anyone interested in adopting Kanban , would strongly recommend  the Kanban Board game.
