New Version 4.3 of Function Point Manual !

IFPUG has released Version 4.3 of Function Point Counting Practices Manual(CPM).
CPM 4.3 comes into effect from 01-Jan-2010
IFPUG press release states that "
Part 1 of the CPM is a copy of the Functional Size Measurement Method (FSM), the ISO standard, which describes the process, definitions, and rules. The existing Part 1 material has been moved to Part 2 - The Bridge. Parts 2, 3, 4 and the Appendices have been updated and enhanced with additional examples and guidance."
It looks like more clarity is brought in the counting rules.

After a while I got a chance to read a good management book.

Though the book is not a new one , the relevance of it makes it an interesting read.Yes the book I am referring is 'The Trusted Advisor '.I would really suggest this for all consultants, QA professionals , any manager interested to build relationships with client.

The book in all about building trust with clients to succeed in profession.
